Death Talk is a safe and curious conversation room where we explore life's big questions together with a special focus on death. The talks are led by Katarina Blix Lundqvist, certified Death Doula and grief processing supervisor, who for several years has led existential conversation groups and met people in life's most fragile and meaningful moments.
We think together about things that have no given answers: What does it mean to live? What do we think about death, and how do those thoughts affect how we live in the here and now? We all carry different thoughts, feelings and beliefs, and they change over time. Sometimes it gets snarky, sometimes we lose the thread, but the conversation goes on anyway. The important thing is not that we find answers, but that we get to explore our own thoughts together with others.
In the conversations, people come together who are curious, thoughtful or just eager to talk about things that otherwise rarely fit. Death talk requires no prior knowledge, only a willingness to listen, think together and put into words things that may not have taken place before.
Dødtalk is Katarina's further development of the international Death Café concept and has grown into a valued meeting place for open conversations, sometimes serious, sometimes surprisingly fun.Do you want to know more or participate in Dødtalk? Get in touch with Katarina below.
