PROCESS GRIEF

To process grief

Grief is a natural part of life, but it looks different for everyone. It can feel like an emptiness, a storm of emotions, or something that comes and goes. There is no “right way” to grieve and no time limit.

Processing grief is about finding ways to live on with the loss. It can involve talking to someone, writing down their thoughts, or doing something symbolic to remember. Small rituals, everyday routines and reflection can help create structure and meaning.

Thoughts and emotions in grief can be overwhelming. Allowing them to exist, without judgment, is an important part of healing. To say to himself: “It's okay to feel this way” can provide space for both grief and recovery.

Grief changes with time. It does not disappear completely, but it can become easier to carry. It is possible to feel joy again, even when one is still grieving.
