The Grief Circle offers space for personal reflection alongside practical tools to help you navigate grief. Here, you are invited to process your own grief at your own pace, while receiving understanding and support from others who are on a similar journey.
You’ll be guided by professionals, offered concrete tools to help you cope, and given the opportunity to share insights and strategies with others who are also processing their grief. Through regular sessions, the Grief Circle creates continuity, safety, and space for healing. Everything shared remains confidential within the Circle.
